I tried to make contact with the previous CEO Brian, but all he says is that he's not associated with the company anymore. Few years ago they announced that they had overcome the hurdles of auditing a Japanese company, was going to fully report soon, and administer a symbol change to reflect the new name. Nothing has come of it since.

I just don't understand why they are not reported or who's in-charge. I know the company was strapped for cash, but it still doesn't all add up for me.
