I don't know what's going to happen. With regard to the last lawsuit filed by XU against me, I was NOT represented by an attorney, and maybe that's why the local Court made a decision. I remember the JUDGE at that time in 2021 told me to get a lawyer, but I didn't have the money to properly be represented. The ONLY REASON why I sold my controlling stake was because on the telephone, HE PROMISED ME A DONE DEAL ON A $100,000,000 revenue Company from China. Of course, all that we received was an LOI for some unknown company. It was a CONDITION of my deal with him, and he broke his word to me, and we just got an LOI from an unknown Company. Had I known that this was going to happen, 😡 I NEVER WOULD HAVE SIGNED OVER CONTROL. 😡



So, today we have Racks Billiards, with $6,000,000 of debt on the books, and their income statement shows monthly losses. I do wish them well, and I wish the share price of ACCR to scream to a nickel $.05 again, just like when I was in charge back then. I'm today focused on my case for my Trademark, which I know will be mine. I just know it.

Remember, I filed the FORM 144 with the SEC for 16,128,500 shares, and will file another FORM 144 for the balance once the Bankruptcy Judge rules and orders the TA to hand over the total amount of shares in my name. 🤔 They won't sell it all in one piece, as I already spoke to my Trustee, and she knows how to liquidate shares in an orderly fashion like 50,000 to 250,000 shares a day, and sometimes in blocks of only 10,000. I deserve this, as I brought back ACCR to life in 2018, after speaking to and writing to the SEC. Otherwise, the stock symbol ACCR was in jeopardy of having it's charter REVOKED BY THE SEC.

Oh, and I should have gone with David Lazar...and I declined the offer, because he didn't tell me what kind of Company he was going to merger, and my equity would have been reduced to 4.99%.

He recommended some Daisy company out of Texas, and then he referred me to XU. As stated, I am going to the Huntington National Bank, and try to get my original MEDALLION GUARANTEE rescinded because this was a blank piece of paper on one side, and then the Medallion Guarantee signing over 160,050,000 shares to XU. I am sorry to my MM as I did not mention this to him, and I am so sorry to my ex-Shareholders for my sale. Again, I wish Racks Billiards all the best of luck in the world. Dilution sucks, but that's why companies go public is to raise money responsibly to help pay the bills whenever there is a shortfall compared to revenues.

Mills was/is a criminal attorney who works almost exclusively for foreign or shady ceo's. He's the guy that threatened and rushed cyber and it's true they did a bait and switch. cybers sad mistake (or not) was finding this mills guy because mills works for xanaxu for years.
