I was an eCommerce business and why are the looney toon characters don’t know Michigan Law as long as I didn’t exceed 5 cars per year, there is no need for a business commercial license. I paid $400 for permission to operate a legal business and I sweated for many hours trying to sell that 1 BMW for $39,900. We only had the 1 sports car that I paid $19,900 so I was trying to flip the 1 car under Michigan law for a $20,000 profit. Some looney toons would NEVER be able to read LAW and understand what I was trying to do.

Read the Michigan Law. Why do people keep name calling me? I think they’re afraid of what’s coming down the horizon. I’m an honest person and have NEVER lied nor posted any false claims. WERBE was 1 customer who can verify that he purchased a DOGGIE CBD product on my eCommerce website. He paid for it, and I shipped the product to him for his dog Koda.

It’s not my fault that he threw the product in the garbage can upon receipt……major lol. WERBE where are you?

Anyways…..I fought with FINRA police officers and won. I fought with SEC attorneys and WON. I am a winner with super cool ideas, and maybe…….maybe someone with major money is reading this match and will determine that the looney toons are outrageous. Oh,,,,,,,in the past I would hyper text, and change my posts during our 15minute edits ability, and that would upset the looney toons because they were getting tired of copy and pasting their attempts to capture my mind.

I’ve got news for ya…..my mind is my most valuable asset. The looney toons will name call me. They will post lies about me like as if I dealt with retail customers in my past. They will post lies and lies and name call me and forget 1 thing in this process……

I have an IQ of 150, and despite all this ridiculous name calling they will loose in the end. Mark my words….they will loose in the end. I’m broke today….my Chapter 7 liquidation is progressing and despite all the losers saying that I could not do this on my own: guess what?

I am winning. I always will win and outpace them mentally despite the fact that I’ve been diagnosed as CRAZY. I went through a major $100,000 Spinal Fusion a couple of months ago. On the same day of discharge…..my suture completely ripped open, and I went to the Emergency Room where my blood pressure dropped to 35/20.

I almost flatlined…..but it was not my time. I am a WINNER. My family is a WINNER and in 4 months of 2007 I made on a W2 $600,000. I have owned multimillion dollar properties. I sold this one back in 2003 for $730,000 just do a property search of MiamiDade records.

Anyways…..ACCR truly will come back due to SOMEONE leaving. I believe in our Company. I believe in my dreams. There is no need for baseless name calling. I spent my own money to bring ACCR back in 2018. I paid for everything myself. I never sold stock to finance my operations. I spent a lot of money out of my own pocket. I also filled out my own Form 211 and within reach almost obtained an approval from a previous Broker Dealer. If it had been approved …. I alone would have been responsible for ACCR stock valuation going to $30,000,000. At one point in my past,,,,when ACCR was trading at $.05,…. The valuation on a fully diluted basis was 300,000,000 AS times .05 equaled $15,000,000 dollars, and gracefully in the early January and February 2021 days my 63% stake was worth almost $10,000,000 dollars.

And then, I believed in Stephen Joel Mills ((I got him banned from practicing before OTC Markets))) who was referred to me by a TRUSTED friend……I filed a lawsuit against him and didn’t gain favor with the magistrate. WOWSA….. I also filed a complaint with the TN Bar Assn Ethics committee and I believed in him. Man, what a mistake. He then was the one who recommended SOMEONE to me who ended up lying to me on the telephone with a merger of a $100,000,000 Company. I remember the phone call on March 12th, 2021. What a mistake I made. I never would have signed over control to that person had this all turned out to be an empty sale for a pitiful $25,000.00 dollars.

Anyways, this is all in the past! Keep name calling me with baseless words. I’m laughing at these looney toons who make up SHIT about me.

….and Back to the BMW dealership…..we were a small business. A micro business back then being operated out of my apartment. I tried to sell that 1 BMW and make money for the Company.

I have to go now. Enough of all of this crap. These looney toons don’t deserve my time nor my attention.
