Thats not ac-c--r doing that it's an automated service of otcm itself.
otcm just runs a preprogrammed search of finra and SEC to see if a stock is still listed then updates the listing for their service. Only time the stock corp does it if something regulatory or financial changed within the corp itself. If exact to the last update, then it's automatic.
