Yea. Will b interesting to see when some volume hits it and will be nice to soon see that stop sign removed and current status lit up. From one of the last updates here it sounds like we will begin to see some sort of revenue in fiscal22...Interested to see what that might look like per airline once it gets going. I said from the first day I stumbled in here..this doesn't feel like penny stock tech to me with this share structure.

You need to get fillings up to date or nobody will be able to buy stock.
Dear Benjamin,
On September 28, 2021, new amendments adopted by the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) go into effect to enhance investor protection and improve issuer transparency. These amendments restrict the ability of market makers to publish quotations for those companies that have not made required current financial and company information available to regulators and investors.
Ahead of the regulatory enforcement date, we will only accept orders to liquidate positions (i.e. no new buy orders) starting August 13, 2021. After the amendment officially goes into effect on September 28, 2021, it may be more difficult to liquidate these securities. Quoting and market liquidity may also be very limited.
What this means for your account(s).
You are receiving this notification because you currently hold one or more of the impacted securities in your account. Hi all, another financial year has come to an end for ASIP and F22 should be a lot better than what we have all had to endure over the past 12 months.
On the upside, it resulted in several major milestones for the fflya program. In the second half of 2020 while dealing with lockdown globally, we were able to setup three organizations in the UK to engineer, certify, manufacture, and deliver the world’s first airline Bluetooth inflight connectivity installation kit. This was coordinated with our core suppliers in Canada (antenna cell), USA (satellite radio and Bluetooth Chip) and Switzerland (CPU vendor) all impacted by Covid.
Three months later we completed the installation on the A321 and successfully executed all ground testing. This also included aircraft interference, system performance on both our unique Bluetooth network and the world’s first Window antennas. Plus, the airline completed its functional testing.
Two months on and we have been in preparation for passenger flights and operational approval.
Multiple aspects are involved, primarily airline procedural and finalizing the passenger app user interfaces, both Android and Apple. Engineering a secure compartment for our router to protect it from passenger interference. It is in the overhead baggage locker.
Note: For a fleet install it would be on top of the locker, as it would be an automated system. For flight trial, we need easy access so we can reconfigure it for the various stages of implementation.
While free passenger texting is our launch core service supported by interactive advertising, we plan to test live credit card processing and Telemetry.
I am pleased to advise we committed to a launch date of July 31st. This is subject to Wizz final approval.
While the rest of this year for airlines will continue to be a challenge, Wizz recently announced it expects to be back to full operation in 2022.
I will update you more as the program as it evolves.

IPTK Love it! Will be interesting to see where the next level up leaves us. Hard to stay under the radar when dealing with a $7B airline as your launch partner. The ticker not being mentioned will likely keep it under the radar a bit longer...but can def feel the momentum picking up for the company. Couldn't imagine how busy they are right now. Messaging And Contactless Payments
by Joanna Bailey June 17, 2021
Wizz Air is working in partnership with connectivity specialist AS-IP Tech (ASIP) to bring ‘WiFi lite’ to its passengers. ASIP installed the first Bluetooth connectivity kit, known as fflya, back in March, and has now completed ground testing of the concept. Rollout to passengers is coming soon.
Window antennas for Wizz
In March this year, inflight connectivity specialist AS-IP Tech (ASIP) installed the first Bluetooth connectivity kit on a commercial aircraft. The kit, consisting of a dual window antenna, is set to provide basic WiFi connectivity for passengers onboard for things like messaging and contactless payments.
The airline testing out the solution is European low-cost carrier Wizz Air. The kit, named fflya, was installed onboard a Wizz Air UK Airbus A321, in cooperation with Storm Aviation and Wizz Air UK Technical Services. AS-IP’s President Ron Chapman commented on the installation, saying
“A key component of the installation is our revolutionary window antenna system. We wanted a certified system that was simple to install with minimal components. The installation was carried out by Storm Aviation Limited in co-operation with Wizz Air UK Technical services.”
ASIP selected Iridium’s NEXT satellite service to supply its fflya with connectivity. The company stated that it was considered to be the perfect solution for delivering the high bursts of data packages required for messaging and other activities. At the time, ASIP said that the next step would be to ground test the product, something it has now completed.
Ground testing successful
Three months after installation, ASIP has finished the ground testing component of its fflya Bluetooth system. The tests included network performance, functionality and electromagnetic interference elements, and all were completed with great success. Speaking with Runway Girl Network, President Ron Chapman said,
“Notably was the block 1 performance of the new generation Iridium satellites. Not at any point in time during the entire 8-hour test period, did our dual-window antennas not have satellite reception.”
The window antennas and onboard modem are small and lightweight. Photo: fflya
He went on to say that, even during multiple satellite handovers, there was only one instance where the antenna signal dropped below two bars. When the signal did drop below the threshold for successful packet transmission, the loss was only for around 30 seconds.
Even then, the clever antenna switching algorithms used by fflya ensured the service was always online.
Inflight WiFi lite
With ground testing complete, the company is now readying the system for rollout to passengers. For Wizz Air UK passengers, that means connectivity will soon be available on flights. However, this is not WiFi as we know it, as all the bells and whistles are stripped back.
Passengers connect via a customizable app, giving airlines an opportunity to generate ancillary revenue. Photo: fflya
fflya has been specifically designed with low-cost carriers in mind. It’s not a huge capacity, high-speed network, the likes of which are found on full service and long-haul airlines. Rather, this is a needs-based system, providing the most basic connectivity for the most essential and low capacity functions.
For passengers, it means messaging in flight could become a possibility, as the service supports 20 messages per second. Later, when it upgrades to Iridium Certus, it will support as many as 200 messages per second. Text messaging and telemetry will be the primary focus of fflya, as well as the processing of credit card transactions.
For low-cost airlines, fflya is attractive as it does not involve expensive modifications of their aircraft. It claims to be fully self-funding, which means it can be implemented at no cost to the airline. Added to this, being able to process contactless payments and market to passengers through customized apps gives airlines new streams of revenue generation.

Just a quick update.
Preparations for passenger flights are progressing. We hope to be able to confirm Wizz timing later this month.
Regarding filings, all remaining 10Q’s will be under audit by 30th June, so plan is to be current in July.
On the 2 major programs, both are in regard to live enhanced connectivity being, Telemetry and Credit Card processing, which are referred to in the latest Runwaygirl article.
These are 2 core capabilities that all Low Cost Airlines require, which currently are either not possible via existing wifi systems or, not commercially viable.
We are in discussions with multiple airlines and an aircraft manufacturer regarding these services, and ASI is working directly with the largest provider of onboard data accumulators to create this new low cost live alternative.
We expect to complete in-house testing next week and flight testing is currently planned for Q3.
Regards
Ron

ASIP completes ground testing of Bluetooth IFC on Wizz Air A321
By Mary Kirby 11 Jun 2021
US firm AS-IP Tech (ASIP) recently completed ground testing – including electromagnetic interference (EMI), network performance and full functionality – of its fflya Bluetooth connectivity kit on board a Wizz Air UK Airbus A321, and is now moving into preparation for passenger use.
The lite inflight connectivity solution, which will support messaging, payments and telemetry, features ASIP’s easy-to-install Iridium-supported, dual-window antenna system. According to ASIP founder and president Ron Chapman, ground testing aboard the Wizz Air A321 was very successful.
“Notably was the block 1 performance of the new generation Iridium satellites. Not at any point in time during the entire 8-hour test period, did our dual-window antennas not have satellite reception,” Chapman tells Runway Girl Network.
“The other key component was the performance of the dual-window antennas. During a 40-minute satellite handover test, (equates to four satellite handovers), only on one occasion per antenna did the signal strength drop below two bars. (the minimum requirement for packet transmission). In each case, the period below two bars was approximately 30 seconds. Due the staggered satellite footprint, the opposing antenna had full signal, so our antenna switching algorithms ensured we were always online.”
Using a Bluetooth access point/router and Iridium classic service for messaging offers a significantly lower-cost, lower-bandwidth alternative to a traditional onboard Wi-Fi network.
Bluetooth 5, the latest iteration of Bluetooth, promises a longer range and faster transfer speed. Chapman says in reference to ASIP’s testing: “On the Bluetooth 5 front, at our lowest setting, 1 Milliwatt (which is 100th of the classic Bluetooth audio spec) we independently confirmed complete aircraft coverage for an A321, even with the router in an enclosed bagged locker surrounded by bags, including the cockpit door closed.”
He continues: “Due to our propriety Bluetooth profile, full coverage on a narrowbody was as expected, as we had previously ground tested it on an A340 and A380 and flight tested on a fully loaded 777 and 787. This is one of the inherent benefits of short burst data, combined with low-power long-range Bluetooth. We are able to set power, which in turn controls range.”
ASIP is also now undertaking telemetry integration to an Aircraft Interface Device (AID) and will test live credit card transactions in-house. For low-cost carriers, live transactions are usually targeted at meals and promotional items. And for cabin crew, the distribution process can’t be held up by satellite link delays and rejections or repeats.
“We have had the Bluetooth EFTPOS [electronic funds transfer at point of sale] terminal interface for several years, as we originally developed it on Inmarsat SBB [SwiftBroadband]. We shelved it as the GEO [satellite] latency was just too high for the link to be reliable. We use Bluetooth as its more secure, the network is invisible, and we have the range with only one access point. Combine that with low latency LEOs and you have the final solution,” says Chapman.
ASIP is targeting low-cost carriers for its fflya solution.
Morning All! IPTK updates could come at any time.
Looking for...
- passenger test timeline with Wizz
- updated fins filings to get back current
- update on 2 other major programs mentioned now a few months ago.

Someone getting in position to try and box this thing in should volume hit? 85k bid and an 85k ask today? ...lol at least the scenery is changing up a bit. Believe that is the single largest bid we've seen since under .12 maybe? there is a chance that ask may get touched or taken all at once if it keeps getting floated out there.

Yep I'm right in line with you...my bulk was from .019-.025 current avg just a hair over .03.
Yea I'd say if your sitting on a good block of shares...certainly nothing wrong with taking some off of the table and locking in some profits. I am still holding every single share at this point whether right or wrong..lol. Figure we gotta be getting pretty close to Q's being filed also. So that may spark some interest here. Anytime numerous filings seem to hit OTCMARKETS people tend to at least take a peek. And here they won't see an empty shell hoping for a merger that may or may not be legit.

I am up about 500% on my IPTK shares. My heart says "let it all ride" but my head says "take a little off the table now and then".
Yeah like you said you are good either way...There haven't been many shares go below .17 in the last so many weeks. The lows have risen from .02, .05 to .07-.08 to .12-.13 to now .16.-.17 no telling when the next level up comes...so yea you may have a shot to get those back if nothing occurs prior. I am on and off the bid occasionally...I haven't had much of any luck getting anything on the bid. I was debating if we see an 8k showing a deal locked in with note holders for 3yrs which it was said they were working on in the last filing...I'll prob take offered up to .25. They start landing fleet deals..this likely isn't a penny stock for long.
imho
mj
That is me on the bid now at .1621
Can't resist selling a little when the spread temporarily narrows. There is a good chance I will get those back eventually.
Nice to see a little activity..Each day we are getting closer to the next step. Ron mentioned it would take some work...hopefully not longer than a few months which we are already about a month into...I figure generally its not regular retail when you see a bid or ask for a smaller amount and then many more shares go thru than posted whether buying or selling. Maybe an MM needed some shares for whatever reason. Hopefully they got under a short and are getting forced to cover some? Or just accumulating some shares?
Either way nice to see some volume.

Somebody wants shares. There is a lot behind that bid for 3600 at .20. I hit it 5 times for 3600 shares each, then again for another 7000 (sold a total of 25,000 shares) and the 3600 share top bid is still there.
I will look to buy those shares back cheaper if I can. If not, no problem, as from a portfolio risk management perspective my IPTK position was way too big and needed to be trimmed.
I still hold 90% of my original position.
Here's an article on it from The Points Guy, with more pictures. I agree that it was a maintenance screw up. Both Aviation Safety Net and Planespotters say the plane was damaged beyond repair
https://aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=20171208-0
https://www.planespotters.net/airframe/airbus-a321-200-a7-aib-qatar-airways/ep6207
https://thepointsguy.com/2017/12/qatar-a321-catches-fire-likely-destroyed/
"On Friday, a Qatar Airways Airbus A321 caught fire at remote stand Q40 at Doha’s airport (DOH), likely burning the aircraft beyond economical repair. Photos from the fire show extensive damage to the plane, both inside and outside. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
In a statement to Qatar newspaper The Peninsula, Qatar confirmed one of its A321s caught fire “whilst under maintenance”:
At 06:50am [December 8] a Qatar Airways Airbus A321 aircraft positioned at a remote stand experienced a fire whilst under maintenance at Hamad International Airport (HIA). The fire inside the cabin was promptly contained and extinguished. Whilst there was some damage to the aircraft there were no injuries. A full investigation is being conducted by the local authorities to establish the cause.
However, the photos indicate that the fire surely wasn’t “promptly contained and extinguished.” Despite fire-retardant materials used in modern aircraft, the fire had enough time to spread through the long A321 cabin, burning through the roof at both the front and rear of the aircraft.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that the “In-flight Entertainment (IFE) Satellite Antenna caught fire during maintenance.” Although the airline has yet to specify the plane involved, the aircraft is believed to have the registration A7-AIB, an A321-200 which entered service with Qatar Airways in July 2010 and used primarily for medium-range flights. According to FlightAware data, the aircraft’s presumably last flight was the 4:44-hour Qatar flight #234 from Moscow (DME) to Doha (DOH) on Wednesday, December 6.
According to DOH airport documents, remote stand Q40 is located at coordinates N25 17.3 E051 36.4. Images from Google Maps show that this stand is near Qatar Airways’ maintenance hangars, located quite a distance away from the terminal. This corroborates Qatar’s statement that the aircraft was undergoing maintenance at the time, instead of being located at a passenger gate.
While the death of an aircraft is always sad news for us AvGeeks, fortunately there were no injuries and no reported impact on Doha flights because of the incident. We look forward to the results of the Doha investigation, particularly regarding how the fire spread so quickly and caused such extensive damage if the fire was “promptly contained and extinguished.” Hopefully, lessons can be learned from this incident to make aviation even safer than it already is."
Wow, if that’s true their maintenance people must have done something horribly wrong to cause that situation. These large active broadband antennas draw a lot of power, but the fail safe systems required for inflight make that virtually impossible. The test processes and certification paths are so complex and expensive, which is why these antennas cost around $250k. However, if you want live internet on your airliner you have no choice and you have to maintain them.
A lot to be said for a small passive narrowband antenna in a window. Has zero maintenance requirements and as it’s not connected to aircraft power, so has no certification issues.
Not scared over here :) But it's always good to have all the pertinent industry info...thx for posting.
See some more bidding action lately. Maybe soon we'll be sitting above .25 :) Another day closer here.

You would think that IPTK"s antenna would have significant value if it's been tried, tested and approved and been patented. IMO
fflya opens the inflight imagination of airline passengers by delivering products and services, plus exciting tours and attraction offers relative to where they are flying. fflya also reconnects passengers with family and friends through free messaging.
Only ASIP Tech has the unique fflya network that can deliver this exclusive inflight service.
It is made possible by the integration of the latest generation App technology, Bluetooth, and Low Earth Orbit Iridium Next satellites.
Combine this with fflya’s world first window antennae and no longer do you need to install complex, heavy, fuel burning antennas on the roof of your aircraft.
LEO’s are only 600 kilometers up and the existing 66 satellites provide global coverage. Each aircraft only require 2 unobtrusive window antennas. One on either side of the aircraft and everyone is connected.
LEO’s also mean a much smaller, lighter system which is simpler to install and that translates into a fully self funding program that we guarantee will generate revenue for your airline from day one.
