Just a quick update.

Preparations for passenger flights are progressing. We hope to be able to confirm Wizz timing later this month.

Regarding filings, all remaining 10Q’s will be under audit by 30th June, so plan is to be current in July.

On the 2 major programs, both are in regard to live enhanced connectivity being, Telemetry and Credit Card processing, which are referred to in the latest Runwaygirl article.

These are 2 core capabilities that all Low Cost Airlines require, which currently are either not possible via existing wifi systems or, not commercially viable.

We are in discussions with multiple airlines and an aircraft manufacturer regarding these services, and ASI is working directly with the largest provider of onboard data accumulators to create this new low cost live alternative.

We expect to complete in-house testing next week and flight testing is currently planned for Q3.
