Agree 100% Bro $$$IQST$$$$
Sounds to me like a MAJOR reverse stock split in the making to get on the NASDAQ.
Any other thoughts?
Harbor, then leave...Seems pretty simple. If you are underwater now, then by your "counsel" you only stand to lose more.
Sell now, and let others buy your shares...then you can leave and stop whining.

Snow, google it...Amazon took NINE years to turn a simple profit...

I say never. Looks like a scam with dilution

Next week it will be an important week for me, Alvaro (CFO) and I will be in New York and in Florida, visiting investment banks, to talk about our $1 billion revenue plan and our Nasdaq up-listing. $IQST #otc #otcmarkets #NASDAQ #revenue #funding #StockAlert #revenue #CEO

iQSTEL’s $1 billion target by 2027 seems more achievable with every strategic move. QXTEL acquisition and global reach are key highlights in their latest update. Definitely one to watch for $IQST investors.

The stock is broken, when will it recover? I'm sure the CEO would love a buyout offer.
Money man,
Thanks for the insight. Much appreciated.
Good post Thanks. Business history shows many examples of now large and successful companies that did not show profits for many years or even decades. Profits are indeed important but that lack of then during a company's growth and expansion phases doesn't mean the company is doomed, it might just mean it currently doesn't have profits as its number on priority
tredenwater Did Amazon have next to no equity during the years of fast expansion while it incurred losses? What is the value of the net assets of this company if goodwill is not included?
Might I remind everyone that Amazon started out as an online book company, booked many quarters of losses. Look at how many services it offers now and the revenue it generates from within those services. Its the chicken and the egg argument, you dont get revenue without growth. You cant grow without capital or share sales. We have a CEO supported by a closely aligned management with a vision and they are executing rapidly. Why stop and book profits when you can roll in profits to organically increase future profits from a stated goal of achieving 1 billion in revenue?
Sounds to me like investors need to either be on board with a buyout at the 1 billion in revenue milestone, and the pain that comes with reaching it, or sell and move on. All else is distraction and attempts to separate shareholders with their shares down at the bottom here where blood is flowing in the streets.
With revenue exploding yoy from organic growth within strategic investments now is the time to add, not sell out of frustration. Smart money is coming in imho.
moneyman I don't question the various ways of growing you delineate. For this company the challenge is it has no cash since it has hardly generated profits. Acquisitions have to be paid for. There will be substantial dilution if cash is raised at the current pps if the target acquisition has a reasonable profitability. Nobody knows the future. Based on what I have read about the past of this company I would be surprised if the future is rosy.

Growing a company to provide profits means taking an approach to fully understand the end goal. Strategic Acquisitions set a company up for being a bigger player in industries (i.e. telecom). While the profits may not be there at present, the strategy to continue adding pieces to the puzzle in order to build a network and find ways to produce savings through consolidation, and produce new areas for growth.
There are different strategies companies can employ
-Spoke pattern
A company can expand its business operations in another country by buying stakes in a larger company there and operating under that brand name.
-Hub pattern
A company can expand its business operations in another country by buying stakes in a larger company there and operating under that brand name.
Riding on the success of the acquired company
An emerging company can avoid the challenges of establishing itself in a new market by acquiring an existing company and building on its success.
Here are some examples of companies that have grown through acquisitions, although these are larger companies, the examples stand:
Disney
Disney's acquisition of Marvel, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century Fox has been a successful example of a strategic M&A strategy. Disney acquired large movie franchises, merchandise rights, and a valuable back catalog.
Sunglass Hut
Desai Capital acquired Sunglass Hut in 1988 and then grew the company by acquiring smaller stores and implementing new strategies. Sunglass Hut grew from 150 stores to over 800 and achieved 37% in annual returns.
Google
Google's acquisition of Fitbit in 2021 for $2.1 billion allowed it to enter the wearable technology market and compete with Apple and Samsung. The acquisition also helped Google expand its health and fitness data capabilities.

"We’ve maintained a disciplined approach to managing our operating expenses while also making calculated investments in high-potential areas like fintech, electric vehicles, and metaverse technology. This strategy has allowed us to grow sustainably while minimizing risk." Is this true or is it a lie? How much have the high-potential areas contributed to growth??? Almost nothing? Why is only revenue and not profits what is focused? Because there are next to no profits? An underwhelming interview in my opinion.
Today’s interview with our CEO, Leandro Iglesias, in The Ritz Herald was packed with exciting updates for iQSTEL! Here are my top two takeaways: Massive Revenue Growth: iQSTEL is projecting a nearly doubling of revenue in 2024 to $290 million! This is a significant jump from 2023’s $140 million, driven by both our core telecommunications division and new business ventures.
QXTEL Acquisition Impact: The QXTEL deal isn’t just a win—it’s a game changer. It’s expected to play a crucial role in hitting the $290 million target for 2024 and positioning iQSTEL among the top global telecom providers. Let’s keep an eye on what’s coming next—this is just the beginning! https://ritzherald.com/interview-with-leandro-iglesias-ceo-of-iqstel/
coot snow, "I know exactly what happens. when there a reverse split." With your extreme lack of knowledge of stocks it is ludicrous that you state that you know what happens if there is a reverse split.

snow, I know exactly what happens. when there a reverse split. I also know you been crying reverse split a long time. Just a word game. If it happens there mothing I do about it. You can say I told you so. good luck and snow still melt. so, you can pat yourself on the back. There is that word IF again
cootcat You don't seem to have the knowledge about stocks that is required to understand the effects of a reverse stock split. For NASDAQ stocks the interesting thing is the total value of the shares in a company. If for instance there is one new share for 1000 old shares there will be about 180,000 new shares. If the current market cap of about 33 million dollars is used the stock price would have been about 18 dollars with 180,000 shares in existence. The value of the stock an individual person has would be the same.
snow if you have1 share worth .19 and I have 10 shares worth .19 each. Who mightier? Share value the same but who has the overall highest value. Two other people knew what I meant. Just too hard for you.
That's what I'm thinking. There are some low caps out there and the acquired company may benefit also. That would be a surprise.....
Sauer If they can find one with a low market cap that seems much more realistic than moving the pps to 2 dollars in a year.
coot I don't understand what you are trying to communicate.
Any thoughts about them to aquire a NASDAQ listed company and merge with it?
sorry to say count is mightier than lesser shares of same company. Who is mightier/ When value is the same.
mbd 1 you paint such a small picture. 3 months before 40 cents (.395) it was 0.12, so one could look at the 7+ month picture and see IQST from 12.2 cents to 19 cents. Up 56%. It never consolidated at .395 to call it a price point, IMO. In 6 weeks it bottomed at .29+ with a lot of volatility in between. The stock will be reactionary to news, pr and biz deals for some time to come. High risk. As for me I'm on board with the green line and ignoring the fluff above it, unless I see a red flag. Strictly non-pro opinion. No recommendations.
Green line:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2024/8/23/smsikIQST.jpg
mighty It is the value of your shares and not your share count that matters.
My guess is we will see an expansion of the share count followed by another S1 to fund this latest merger they have been talking about. I believe there will be a great deal more pain before any actual uplisting.
My opinion.
Then of Course My Huge Share Count Would Go Down,,, Downn,,,, Downnnn !! :(
mighty I have a recipe for making it such a stock: a reverse split reducing the share count to 500,000.
Just Off The Cuff and Must be
a Dumb Question !!
"Could This Stock Ever Become a $20 or $30 Dollar Stock"
if Ever Moved to The NASDAQ ??
Yes, but it has still gone from $.40s to $.17s in 4+ months. Currently stuck in price rut of $.16s - $.22s.
🚀 Huge Growth for iQSTEL ($IQST)!
iQSTEL just reported a massive 126% revenue increase, bringing in $130M for the first half of 2024! 🔥 They're on track to hit their $290M revenue forecast for FY-2024, and the company is gearing up for a Nasdaq uplisting. Despite some interim non-operating expenses, the Telecom Division is delivering strong results, with a 68% increase in operating income year-over-year.
With a disciplined approach to growth and a focus on shareholder value, iQSTEL is positioning itself for long-term success. 📈

200-300M, and no I can't explain the 100M range. In the process? I think they have let it be known they are looking at it.
Thought I read somewhere that IQSTEL is in the process of acquiring a company that will add $300m in revenue. Is that correct?
Thanks, I think the substance of your answer tells me everything I need to know.
Little more Volume Today!!
Musta been more Buying at Low .17
Sauceman, could not say it any better. Good Luck
Right on cootcat, people see what they want to see. No changing that to the closed mind. On the upside, I see a line (that I want to see) in today's 8-k that shows substanial and sustained growth anyway you cut it, like it or not.
"Current management of iQSTEL has a proven track record having grown the company from $13.8 million revenue in FY-2018 to a projected $290 million in revenue for FY-2024. As part of the acquisition process, we have benefited from the management teams of our subsidiaries, creating a unique reserve of talented executives responsible for our amazing organic growth."
Close it in or close it out, it's still the same. I look forward to the coming years with $IQST. The earlier and the latter.
IMO, I believe the company and watch for the growth and move to NASDAQ, with or without anyone else and without making any suggestions to anyone. Do your own research and have a great life. May each prosper in their WS choices.
Do your own DD. I went to multiple previous presenation events and looked up about 5 stocks and saw the SP from the day of through about a week. Some crashed, like IQST, and some (a few here and there) spiked the day of and/or the day after. One went from $0.88 to over $3 the day of and then settled somewhere above $1. True.
Big question is, what is left to pump with for the foreseeable future? It's a long way to the K in April (with the usual extension).
Oof. Down 11% on the big fluff PR day.
Was it that big of a disaster?
Would you mind sharing the names of those stocks that had the 2x and 3X bumps? I would be interested in investing in them
Looks like the presentation went well.
Dream is for dreamers Hope is for all Not that I will get it but hope more
Boilerpump got all mad at me last presentation going on and on about how everyone knows people do their research and may take days for institutions to buy the stock. I did my own research and found multiple stocks that 2x and 3x on the day of presentation and/next day. So, Boilerpump. What say you today?
