If sales for instance amount to 100 million dollars and all costs including all taxes amount to 95 million dollars net earnings or the bottom line amount to 5 million dollars. This is the sort of profits a reasonably company would generate.

QXTEL did 31.5M revenue in Q2. That's over 50% organic growth since they were only expected to add 20M per quarter. Pretty impressive. At that rate we're talking 126M annually instead of 80M and they're just getting started since the acquisition closed April 1st of this year.

A 3% net profit margin is minimal of course, but my point is that any positive dollar amount made should to be seen as a small but upward movement (improvement) for any company in the OTC.

smoking gun I refer to the bottom line when it comes to net earnings. The company does not project any net earnings this year. Operating profits don't represent the bottom line because there are expenses to be deducted from operating profits. Because the company soeems to expect the bottom line to be negative or to show an uncertain mimimal profit it chooses to distract investors by referring to operating profits I think. With 280 million dollars a net profit margin of only 3% would have resulted in net profits of 8.4 million dollars.
