cootcat You don't seem to have the knowledge about stocks that is required to understand the effects of a reverse stock split. For NASDAQ stocks the interesting thing is the total value of the shares in a company. If for instance there is one new share for 1000 old shares there will be about 180,000 new shares. If the current market cap of about 33 million dollars is used the stock price would have been about 18 dollars with 180,000 shares in existence. The value of the stock an individual person has would be the same.
