Video: World: Iraq Elections: Sadr and His Rivals - nytimes.com/video New York
Iraq "IS 80+% Debt Free" ... WHY WOULD THEY LOP ...SO! Iraq will work Majorly Hard to get their debt reduced and creat a deal with those other Countriesand then make those other countries turn in their money "to replace it" because of the LOP...
Ok I here what your saying, but it is sounding like it is conflicting ...
1 - short-term = my income tax rate (.10% to .35% approx) depending how much I make
2 - long-term = Meaning:
- A - long-term = approx 12% "ONLY"
. &
- B - Tying my money up for a Year or more
So you are saying:
once I HOLD the money longer than a Year I am automaticly using that
long-term = approx 12% "ONLY"...
Meaning I would "HAVE to hold" the origional investment (the money I invested) itself, for that year or longer in order to Qualify, to get that approx .12% ...
Am I getting you correctly!!!

.<font color=#006400> * Titling A Post
Titling a post, in other words, having the opening line you wish displayed as the opening line when viewing the page; thus having the rest of the post not displaying until the post is opened.
All you need to do for this task is to hit the Enter Key twice, and then scroll to the right at least twenty-seven spaces. I usually just hold down my space bar until almost at the edge of the edit window; iHub will then correct it, but not in the opening line.

.<font color=#006400>* Stacking Images In A Row
To stack images next to each other in a row (side by side) manner, Do Not put a space between them. If you omit the space between images you can stack them as wide as you wish. However, it may stretch out the viewing window, causing it to not fit on the display screen properly; your viewers may to will have to scroll from side to side to see all of the post. It is for this reason that I suggest you don't stack too many images side by side without a break in between them.
Example:
Sample Of Above Code:
[-chart]www.onebgg.net/eaglesiggy-sm.jpg[/chart-][-chart]www.onebgg.net/eaglesiggy-sm.jpg[/chart-]
[-chart]www.onebgg.net/eaglesiggy-sm.jpg[/chart-] (without dashes)
Note: If you wish to have a space between your images, iHub will break the the line of code where they usually do (not sure of parameter); so if you want a space between your images and still wish to have them in a row, use the pre tags.
Special Note: My thanks to my friend Phil (bullrider) for pointing out the need for this bit of info being included here.

.<font color=#006400>* Spacing Items
Here on iHub we do not currently have a break (<BR>) tool, or a centering (<CENTER>) tool. What we do have is a Preset Tool:
[-pre] & [/pre-] (without dashes).
When using this tool (tag) you use your Space Bar * Backspace key to move the image or text to where you want it to be located. This is a great charting tool for keeping things lined up, here is an example:
.<font color=#006400>* Posting Sounds
Posting sound is pretty much the same as posting images excepting that you use the iH sound in place of chart: [-sound] & [/sound-].
To post a sound it must first be located (hosted) on the world wide web; most, but not all sounds will ‘remote link’ to iH. To do so you need to use the iH Sound Tool: [-sound] & [/sound-] (without dashes).
Place your mouse over the audio source (url); in Media Player 8 it is on the Now Playing tag in the Playlist, it's green in color, and is located in the upper right hand corner.
Right Click over this and the go to properties.
Copy the url starting after the http:// and beginning with the www, if it there is one; either way start copying the url after the http://.
Place this between the [-sound] & [/sound-] (without dashes).
Example:
[Suppressed Sound Link]
[-sound]www.onebgg.net/rad-close.wma[/sound-]
NOTE: If you had your Play Embedded Sounds turned on in your iHub Tools you should have heard the music playing when you opened the post. If you had your Play Embedded Sounds turned off, you should see a "[Suppressed Sound]" link right above the sample code.

.<font color=#006400>* Posting Images
To post an image, it must first be hosted (located) on the world-wide-web; most, but not all images will ‘remote link’ to iH. To post an image you need to use the iH charting tool: [-chart]www… [chart-] (without dashes).
Place your mouse over the image.
Right Click over the image and select properties .
Copy the URL starting after the http://” and beginning with the www, if it there is one; either way start copying the url after the http://.
Place this url between the [-chart] & [/chart-] tags (without dashes).
If you would like to use your own image by hosting the image yourself, which will insure that remote link doesn't stop causing you lose the image, you can upload and host your own images for free at:
http://photobucket.com.

.<font color=#006400>* Linking To The Web
This is one of the coolest features here on iHub, and that’s saying a lot, as there are some pretty cool features on Da Hub!
Hot Linking (remote linking) to another website outside is easy enough to do, but it does have one drawback that must be dealt with; once you have posted the post, the code (script) will break up (scramble) if you attempt to edit (open) it.
To avoid this, I suggest copying the post before you hit the Submit button.
Hint, save a copy on Word or another program for future reference.
Remote Linking on iHub is done with the following script:
[-url][/url-][-tag][/tag-] (without dashes).
Copy the URL starting after the http:// and beginning with the www, if it there is one; either way, start copying the url after the hhtp://.
Paste this link in between the [-url] & [url-] (without dashes).
Now place the text or image of what you wish to link to in between the [-tag] & [/tag-] part of the code (without dashes).
Example:
Onebgg's Smilies
The Above Code:
[-url]www.onebgg.net/smilies/smilies-1.html[/url-][-tag]Onebgg's Smilies[/tag-] (remove dashes)
Note: You can use an image in place of the text in the remote link by using the [-chart]SAMPLE IMAGE[/chart-] tags placed between the [-tag] & [/tag-] (without dashes).
NOTE: If you are using the linking tool in the same post as one with the font color tool, be sure to cut & copy the post; In this way when you edit the post in order turn on the color, you'll have a copy of the post with code intact.
*** Opening The Same Link In A New Window ***
If you wish to post a remote link and have it open up in a new window, you can do this:
Use the same directions as posted above, but leave a space at the end of the url and then add: target="_blank"
Example:
[-url]######.com target="_blank"[url-][-tag]Whatever[/tag-]
(without dashes)
Note: Be sure to place the target="_blank" immediately in front of the[/url-] in the line of code, making sure to leave a space after the .com or tag won't work.
Example: www.onebgg.net/smilies/smilies-1.html
Above Code:
[-url]www.onebgg.net/smilies/smilies-1.html target="_blank"[/url-][-tag][-[-chart]www.onebgg.net/smilies/miscellanybut-sme.gif[/chart-][/tag-] (without dashes)
Special Note: My thanks to Mr Nasdaq for turning me onto to this bit of info.

.<font color=#006400>* Linking To Another Post
There are two ways to hotlink (active link) to another post or board here on iH:
To link to another message here on iH Linking Tool: #msg-######.
Go to the post you wish to link to.
Now copy the numbers at the end of the URL located at the end of the address bar, or in properties, and after the Equal Sign (=), you may need to slide the mouse to right.
Now place these numbers after the dash in the Linking Tool as in this example:
#msg-20661374.
... Gary
.<font color=#006400>* Linking To Another Board
To link to another board here on iH, use the iH Board Linking Tool: #board-######
Go to the board you wish to link to,
Now copy the numbers at the end of the URL located in the address bar (you may need to slide your cursor to right), or in properties, and after the equal sign (=).
Place these numbers after the dash in the linking tool as in this example: #board-423.
