I say go for it.Light a fire under them.They are usually responsive in some way to finra/SEC notices.It may be the only way.These are questions that REQUIRE an answer not just a request of one.

I think it would be safe to assume that if the President resigned and the Vice President(s) remained, the Vice President(s) are the officers of the company.
