How does the sec the finra or otcmarkets allow a public owned company to go forward without naming the officers in control of it?I will be calling otcmarkets this morning to discuss this problem with them and then I will call an examiner for the sec I've spoken with many times in the 202 area code.This Andy William guy can't hide behind Mr Ortega's black curtain forever.
