They own 130 acres and are pretty close to purchasing 300 more. Understand it's not just land in Nicaragua. It's on the canal path with over 1.4 kilometers in the bay where the canal will run across, that's the land they already own. If you look at the picture of the land, you'll see that it's a pretty big chunk of the area above the city. So the 300 acre site will be three times that size. Now if that ends up being the start of the canal, then how much is that land worth? They paid $10,000 an acre for the 130 acres on the bay. So it's all contingent, of course, on Canal Development's activities in the area.

Hype from reality? REALITY is someone just paid $18.3M for 53% of the company - why? I dont care - all i care about is that the common shares are VASTLY undervalued and we can make money. I dont care what they do with the land as long as we make money. :)
