Just curious, besides the valuation of shares, what real value does this company have. 300 acres of land in Nicaragua doesn't cost a whole lot. Even with the property on the canal route, they can't put in a petrol station or mall. I am sure if the canal plan goes thru, there will be some increased business activity, but how exactly does ACDU do that with current holdings? Is the potential purchase in Managua, with plans for a hotel, what is that really worth? Just questions to separate hype from reality.
