One possible answer is pretty simple, because it takes time and provides "room" for further complications. Now, we haven't been told why mods to the drivers (transformers?) was needed but we were told the unit (with the prior drivers) performed well with results appearing good on the screen (but the data was not recorded). Things that do not add up just keep piling on.
Dont know how accurate, and the real state of the accumulation, but the chart shows Accum at the highest level in WDRP history, it even surpased the levels when the PPS ran up to 7 cents, and Scottrade is showing me 150 mill, wow if that were true any run could send this flying really high, oh well dreaming is free of charge right?.
