Not sure why all the mods to the existing box, its just a benchtop prototype. Would it be much easier and cheaper to buy an electrical box that fits the new form factor for the drivers and run a wire to the other box?

It's just the power source(s) for the magnetron(s) isn't it? Will a two foot wire make a huge difference in their function of powering the magnetrons?

OR will the new box transformation take a really long time because the plumbing must all be changed as well to accommodate the new form factor(s) and utilize the heat generated from the new driver(s)?
