Huh? Are you reading the same thing I'm reading?

Where do you see that Nokia and IDCC are talking? I was just going to post the opposite. I was going to say: to those still thinking there will be talks between the two co's, think again.


From what I have read they are going to revisit sales, interest and some other items of uncertainty. Heck they may even establish a 3G license.

IMHO, this 8K dovetails with the request which was made last week to put certain pages of the transcript under seal. You might be able to seal the transcript, but, you're not going to be able to seal the opinion. That brings us back to the letters which were handed to the judge on 12/2. The content of the letters could very well have been a request that no opinion be published. IDCC would be jumping the gun with their request for ADR, if they didn't know what Judge Pauley did (was going to do)-Alternatively, Judge Pauley could have ordered the parties to ADR. That would have been an affirmation of the award without an opinion. Oso
