Desert and Tonbar, this is a good thing if you ask me. The boys are going to be talking again. If the NYC strike could be settled so fast so too can the Nokia/IDCC disagreements.

From what I have read they are going to revisit sales, interest and some other items of uncertainty. Heck they may even establish a 3G license.

I wonder if the Judge had anything to do with this. Like go clarify this issue and this issue and this issue, etc. Come back when you have definite answers if necessary. I also think the tossing of the Delaware suit may have had an impact on things.
