'ams13sag' My opinion of insider sales is they consistently kill our momentum each and everytime we start to move the stock price. It angers me. It gives a whole new meaning to "shaking out the weak hands", when you realize it is the company officers.

That said, I still think beween now and the June 4 ASM should be very exciting and positive. I Hope anyway..

amssag - you have it backwards,

here's how it works in the USA:

Insiders can trade only during a "window" when all material information is public. These "windows" are limited.

As soon as there is material information that is not public, the window closes.

The information that has been made public is that InterDig expects huge payments from Nokia and Samsung.

If there was any information that the payments were not expected, the window would slam closed.
