What you say is 100% correct. However the real world does not work like that, you know that and I know that, we have been around for far to long.

Dishfan: that was pure! People can gripe about execs at IDCC being overpaid, etc. but when they start(maybe in part due to ignorance)bitchin about insider sales while also trying to tie it in to their opinion that bad news is forthcoming from the company, then in my mind they are implying that the Execs at IDCC are criminals.

I'll give AMS the benefit of the doubt and chalk his comments up to a lack of knowledge regarding US Market insider trading rules due to the fact that he lives in another country. With that said, any of the other doorknobs who follow this line of thought need to be asked why they are invested in IDCC if they think that the execs are criminals.

AMS made a good call on the price action today. I also made a good call the night before on what would happen to this board if the price dropped today.
