Think about it this way, if I know in my heart that it is extremely unlikely that Nokia are going to pony up the amounts that I have publicly stated to be owed and I have come to that conclusion from the tone set at the various meetings I may have attended. Would IYO the above consistute trading on insider information. I do not believe so. Yet the reality of the situation is quite clear. The above happens all of the time in corporations around the world. Unfortunately the people that suffer are the small shareholders.

If the CEO and our president sell over the following days, what would your feeling be.
