This looks like it happened after Rod Canion left.....so who is to blame for this IMO outrageous dilution of shareholder funds if indeed Gary's 2006 SEC filing is correct? Was it this type of Behavior that made Rod Canion head for the door? Alleged Rod Canion takeover verus this crazy amount of CEO Compensation....sure Rod wanted to take over Ha Ha

No, I did not receive $1,000,000 or anything close to it. This is a deliberate piece of misinformation that a poster on IHUB has repeated ad infinitum. I have answered the question in detail several times but the poster has elected to ignore my responses.

IMO, that is a Staggering amount of compensation using public funds if he didn't have hardly anything to show for it...IMO very disturbing if True
