2006 Base Salary - $240,000 $40,000 - $762,976 is listed as all other Compensation
I am pretty sure you are supposed to add all of those numbers up
$240,000 + $40,000 + $762,760 = What number?
Read the part above the salary table
ITEM 10 . EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION
The following table sets forth the aggregate compensation paid for services rendered during the periods indicated:
It says Paid...doesn't that mean the shares were issued?
Doesn't aggregate mean the Sum or total?
Penny on the actual Filing please provide information where is says $762,976 wasn't actually compensated to Gary that year.
* In 2006, Mr. Kimmons was issued 1,000 shares of Series D Preferred Stock. These shares were issued for services and were valued at $762,976.
Why does the Acutal Filing say these shares were issued? Why does the SEC Filing not say anything about Gary's shares not being issued?
So is Gary's statement False?

Did you make $1,000,000 in 2006? This keeps coming up on ihub. What's the deal? Reply Gary Kimmons 10/02/2012 2:52pm
No, I did not receive $1,000,000 or anything close to it. This is a deliberate piece of misinformation that a poster on IHUB has repeated ad infinitum. I have answered the question in detail several times but the poster has elected to ignore my responses.
So if you add Gary's base Salary $240,000 to Gary's bonus $40,000 to what it appears to be shares issued valued at $762,976....doesnt the total = $1,042,760 Million Dollars?
How come the SEC Filing doesn't say those shares would be issued at a later date?
If this information is incorrect so be it....but it appears like Gary had total compensation of over a Million Dollars in 2006....no?
