That would certainly be a step in the wrong direction for him.

Here's an odd one:

http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2013/34-68811.pdf

Recently the SEC suspended trading in EXTI for failure to file. Today, they dismissed their administrative proceeding, which would have revoked registration. Why?

Because back in 2007, EXTI filed a Form 15 to deregister voluntarily. Were they current with their financials at that time? No. Did the SEC care? No. They let the Form 15 become effective.

Oddly, though, EXTI subsequently filed a K for 2008. Why? Had their assets or the number of their shareholders dramatically increased? They even amended their K for 2007, and the one for 2008, several times, and submitted a Q or two for 2009.

Hello??

Christopher K Davies drug arrest update

Looks like Davies managed to get the charges dismissed but the state of Illinois (where Davies was licensed to practice law) took notice and called a disciplinary hearing. Davies failed to respond to their requests to participate and is now no longer eligible to practice law.

Hey Dummy

The heroin arrest against Mr. Davies was dismissed on January 1, 08, 2014. The court file indicates that the heroin charges were dismissed because the police were acting in concert with his ex-wife's private investigator who manufactured evidence to try to win the ex-wifes custody lawsuit to gain sole custody of she and Mr. Davies two children. Looks like the Court dismissed the charges and the ex-wife never got sole custody of their kids.

Seems like you posted a lot of inaccurate material here. I suppose you may want to pull this down since you otherwise look a bit foolish for posting it. But you may be like most new reporters who only report the bad stuff and forget to follow up on the real story.
