When i read your posts it reminds me of the song in the early 80's called " Oh Mickey"

the song starts out by saying oh mickey your so fine, your so fine you blow my mind, hey mickey, hey mickey.

We all appreciate the positive news that came out yesterday, but you have to temper it because nokia has been in these situations many times before and everyone thinks this is it, they are done. Well until they are done, or until they are banned or settled no one should think that nokia will go away quietly.

I hope they do, but right now it is obvious the street does not think that since on a day that the market was up and we got positive news, idcc was down.

I hope the judge left a note in his will--I think your right-we have just loaded 3-4 more rounds for Nokia-they did hold the Russians back in ww2 but our legal system will finally wear them down---
