I am just posting what I believe. Judge Luckern was clear in his position and the CAFC upheld the IDCC position on the appeal. The ITC had found the IDCC patents as valid and I am sure the CAFC did the same. Please tell me what Nokia is going to do if the ITC implements a ban. Will they not honor it and or honor it till a court ruling? Tell me what Nokia is going to do if they don't settle. They agreed if I am not mistaken to this action in order to avoid lengthy court and possible higher rate I think.
Till proven wrong I think Nokia is going to settle. It maybe the 17th before the final say comes out but I think Nokia is in a world of trouble now.
