Let us not forget

Judge Luckern clearly said if his decision was overturned he would recommend a ban. We all know he passed away but I feel confident the ITC will take the same posture. Nokia is in a no win situation and as I have said a court decision would be the last thing they would ever want. If the ITC does impose a ban what would they do?

Lets start looking for IDCC to get the money for the other non payers and quit worrying about Nokia, as Nokia is I think in no position to continue this fight. They wanted this route over a court and they lost.
