The majority consensus is KCG is a fraudulent scam company and yes the SEC naming them as defrauding investors is relevant. A pattern emerges and has never been so clear, with multiple investigations ongoing and some started BEFORE KCG spent 7 billion dollars like a drunken sailor which resulted in 440 million in losses under highly suspicious circumstances which NO ONE BUYS!
KCG became insolvent in hours and was bailed out by fellow criminal brokers who are all in the same sinking boat.

At the end of the day, some shareholders will win and some will lose no matter what the buyout will be ... those that bought above to the 4 dollar range will ultimately lose, those that got in between the 2-3 dollar range will win ... it's really as simple as that ... the rest is just smoke and mirrors
