Really? Point to the documented conesus of Knight being a fraudulent scam. In fact it can be shown Knight Capital has a great corporate image and has not been charged with any thing involving the August 1st glitch. It is pure assumption that there was any further wrong doing in the case as no fines or charges have been made. You have provided a singular incident and nothing more which does not establish a trend to be claimed as a "History of Fraud". That would be like claiming a person with a single speeding ticket has a history of reckless driving.
