Talk about being way too old to be of any significant relevance to the current organization in place. Never mind that does not establish a "History of Fraud", where is the rest of the supposed "trend" being touted? One incident is not a history and worse yet the singular example being provided is one caused by a single individual as opposed to an organizational policy used to defraud investors.
