Who said it was FAKE - the press release says it all - including DATES.
Bear in mind we are talking about all of $16k worth of dividends to be paid out. And as some have been quick to point out - the reason it was done was to "Get Shorty" or build "investor confidence".

Bottom line - these guys all use the same playbook to run these pennystocks:

I've seen quite a few announce Stock Dividends - and many of those end badly as well. PGI* for example

And a number have announced buyouts - in particular one that involved the same guy - Alex Smid - SAE* - "buyout" offer from the second richest Russian billionaire offering $1.75 a share.
(interesting just yesterday someone mentioned the second richest guy in Mexico - perhaps an offer will appear from him - chuckle!)


or company stock buybacks - as this one did - just like SAE*

After YEARS of observing these plays - perhaps you can understand my skepticism - especially when you observe the common retail shareholders get totally screwed over by these plays again and again.

Well at least the dividend dates were set - something concrete to work with. And the truth will be known SOON.
