This actually reminds me of the cash dividends declared, and paid, by PTSC years ago. They were real, and the company wasn't exactly a scam, but it was still nothing going nowhere (and is still on that road to nowhere).

It reminds me of PAIM/ZNXT. Pearlasia declared and actually paid a cash dividend of $0.00001.

Of course, Pearlie was later sued by the SEC. There are or were also warrants out for her arrest in the Philippines. She really ought to be in prison. Her erstwhile boyfriend is in slam for two years for his role in the scam.

Pearlie is one of the most outrageous scammers out there.
