What about Hanover Holdings, ever hear about them? EDWY has apparently done a bunch of funding deals with them recently and this is all they have reported, so I'm sure there is a bunch more after the latest one on the list.

Wait for it...
Large Volume usually means a PPS dive for eDoorways. There are way too many discounted shares being used for financing and debt settlement. PR's and volume are there to help the discounted shares hit the market. A large percentage of the O/S passes through the hands of companies holding discounted shares and hit the market with a significant built in profit. Even when the pps was .0001 they were making money selling at that price.
Hanover Holdings II, LLC “Accredited Investor” Regualtion D , Rule 504
They should be holding 8% ownership in EDWY if they believed in the product and weren't just looking for a quick flip.
I don’t see them listed under the beneficial ownership section of the most recent filings.

Magna Group and Hanover Holdings forum... I added 12 more companies this evening and noticed that Lucosky Brookman, LLP is the law firm for 4 of the 19 companies on the list so far. Several of the companies don't list their law firm on OTC Markets, so they could be counsel for others on the list as well.
The old "pump and dump" theory doesn't take into account the fact most of these toxic financiers know the real market in penny land is with lower prices, not higher ones.
It would be nice to see some good discussion about why pumps occur rather than the same ole same ole. Sometimes the intent is to drop the price dramatically......not to dump shares, but to obtain them.
