You may a very good point there, Sheriste. The wording in the case of MIKP differs from most of the others, and the substantially different nature of the reason for the suspension may turn out to count for a great deal.

If you go to the suspensions page of the SEC:

www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml

and read through the other suspensions from this year, the one including MIKP appears to be different than most. The common phrase used in the majority of suspensions is:

"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act)."

It would seem that the majority of these suspensions with this language would end up with a similar fate, but MIKP may be different due to the nature of the reason for the suspension:

The SEC has "Questions" about PR's and financials

That language is used only for companies with registered stock that have ceased filing SEC reports and do not have current financial and/or disclosure information with OTC Markets. Most of these are dormant shells and are being suspended and their registration later revoked as part of the SEC's new "Operation Shell Expel."

379 dormant shells were suspended on 4/14/12: http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2012/2012-91.htm

Stocks that have their registration revoked by the SEC can never trade again, even on the grey market.

MIKP stock is unregistered, so it can't be revoked. However, the use of the word "questions" is always the standard language for all stocks being suspended because of accuracy/adequacy issues regarding press releases, financial statements, etc.

The hope you are placing on the word "questions" is common on the forums of suspended stocks.

You might want to contact one of these individuals regarding the use of that term:

I think MIKP's situation is worse than the others. Reason is if MIKP can't substantiate PR's/financials it would be plain fraud on their part and it would be closed down. A company that is just late in posting information needs only to file.
