You may a very good point there, Sheriste. The wording in the case of MIKP differs from most of the others, and the substantially different nature of the reason for the suspension may turn out to count for a great deal.


If you go to the suspensions page of the SEC:

www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml

and read through the other suspensions from this year, the one including MIKP appears to be different than most. The common phrase used in the majority of suspensions is:

"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act)."

It would seem that the majority of these suspensions with this language would end up with a similar fate, but MIKP may be different due to the nature of the reason for the suspension:
