That language is used only for companies with registered stock that have ceased filing SEC reports and do not have current financial and/or disclosure information with OTC Markets. Most of these are dormant shells and are being suspended and their registration later revoked as part of the SEC's new "Operation Shell Expel."

Stocks that have their registration revoked by the SEC can never trade again, even on the grey market.

MIKP stock is unregistered, so it can't be revoked. However, the use of the word "questions" is always the standard language for all stocks being suspended because of accuracy/adequacy issues regarding press releases, financial statements, etc.

The hope you are placing on the word "questions" is common on the forums of suspended stocks.
