John Garvish is an Associate in the Austin office of McKool Smith whose practice deals with intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Clients he has represented and cases he has worked on include:
Kyocera Wireless Corp. Nokia Corp., et al. v. Kyocera Wireless Corp. Representing Kyocera in patent infringement litigation related to wireless technology. The case is ongoing.
You said "IDCC anticipates additional licensees and favorable rulings in strategic litigation over the next 45 days."
Is this you opinion also? 45 days would be mid November or so, give or take. Is this your expectation for the judge to rule on the arbitration between NOK and IDCC? Or does this also include the Delaware action, and/or the LU thing?
BTW Not being involved in the legal world, I am shocked by all the different delays---the latest in Delaware.
