Question..In Nokia's Complaint for Declaratory Judgements of Patent INVALIDITY ..filed 5/16/05 in U.S. District Court Delaware..they claim 18 3G Patents that IDCC claim are essential for WCDMA and CDMA2000..are INVALID under Lanham as of January 2007..If Patents are Invalid..why would Nokia not claim they are INVALID as of the date of Filing?
What is Nokia's Legal strategy? TIA
