Sorry,you have to learn the truth about our system...Insurance companies for years now have been useing the same tactics to avoid paying what hey rightfully owe the insured.Same tactic..delay,delay,delay...offer to settle at a much lower cost.Thats the lawyering game because lawyers get fees to play it!Themedia "sold out" long ago to the big advertisers..you wonder why Forbes originally wrote a "positive" Nokia biased article about the Nokia loss..check the Nokia ads in Forbes!No,IDC doesn't advertise with Forbes!...Anyway..nonetheless..i think Nokia made a miscalculation even though up to now its been to their great advantage to not pay.Just look at what appreciation the EURO had in this time..plus they convinced the ICC to lower our basis for the award!Now though they will face a politically charged NY FED CT that has direction to enforce USA company IPR..I think the CT will do all they can to facillitate enforcement..ASAP!
