Radium, but WMIH does have five million shares of preferred that were authorized at that time but just not issued.

Thanks, that is what I thought. But I wonder if an argument could be made...after all the last few years have taught us some of the distinctions between common and preffered. Either way, onward and upward.

RS: pure preferred (which, among other things, is non-voting) is not taken into account when determining if there has been an ownership change.
