Online ordering for shipment. PLEASE!
I know it would mean an actual employee, but if Thermafreeze works, hell, I'd buy cones from time to time. Should be available in quantities of 10-100. It'd be awesome for Church functions, scouting events, on and on.
PayPal at the ready.

Other than that, just accurate, current info on the website. it looks ok now, but if there is going to be a map to locations, then you should be able to see the locations and go there (once contracts are in place.)

Cool pump!
1) remove the outdated available location info ( or update the map with new location :D )
2) show pictures of the US packaging+flavors (I'm thinking something like a row of boxes showing all the flavors and descriptions.)
3) online ordering would be cool (with thermafreeze packaging)

That's all I got for now

Pictures and testimonials from some well known chefs/businesses would be a good start.

pump, Don't know how to set it up, but possibly a way to have organizations sell cones for Fund Raising. Sure, takes some work to set it up. Seems it could work.

Pump glad he is finally going to fix that website.

Being a graphic designer, that website now is very very outdated, and very almost early 2000's design. I would suggest a more modern looking website, something that makes this company look and feel like it is worth a ton. The first thing people do if they hear about a company is they google it and goto the website, this website needs to look like a million bucks.

I think something like dominos.com has a very sleek layout.

Hp.com is also sleek, and does a good job showing how you can fit all information without having to scroll much. Try to make the user do as little scrolling as possible to get information.

Update font, update information to make it all correct and then have someone keep on top of it and make changes as needed.

Show new professional pictures of the product, packaging, get professional pictures of the process, this website could be amazing, there are so many different designs to do, I have a ton on my mind, let me know if mitch needs any design help.

If he is using that new character on the new packaging he should incorporate that into the website as well.

On Monday I submitted an inquiry via their web site for franchising/distribution opportunity. (Note: This is a serious inquiry. I think the product has great potential in a wide variety of venues.) I identified the region, my idea for distribution, etc.

No response as of yet. I know what it's like in a startup, and if they're swamped that's probably a good thing. But it concerns me that they haven't replied at al. Even saying, "hey, thanks, but it's not something we're interested in" would be better than not responding to a business opportunity.

Maybe something to pass along to Mitch. While I'm not into at the "life changing" level, I am into it at the "make a big impact on my life" level. So like you and many others I really want to see them do well.
