Won't IDCC issue an 8K when they receive the filing which I assume would be before it gets on Pacer?

It would be neat poetic justice if NOK, expecting all along to file electronically at the very last minute, could not do so because the server is down!


I just tried to access Pacer again and was informed that the server for the New York District Court is down. It must be because of all the hits on IDCC today. LOL
