IDoCare: The way I understand the court's electronic filing system i.e. PACER, the filing goes simultaneously to the other parties involved, not before. I'm sure they would want to study it before they would issue an 8-K.

Won't IDCC issue an 8K when they receive the filing which I assume would be before it gets on Pacer?

Last time we got warning of the filing off of Pacer before IDCC issued their press release. I suspect we will see something by tomorrow afternoon. Pacer is usually updated one to two days after a document is filed with the court.
