Ellix: IMO, that would just give Nokia an excusable delay for a late filing. I'm not sure, but I believe that the filing does not have to be done during normal court hours, and that any filing up to midnight would be dated an timed as today's filing.
It would be neat poetic justice if NOK, expecting all along to file electronically at the very last minute, could not do so because the server is down!
