I agree with you badger, I have seen posts by people who have been upset with your posts but I have to say you are one of a very few who sees these stock promos for what they are.
I have been reading this board since I (like an idiot) chose to buy some shares of SPAH at .38 some time ago.
To make money with these stocks you have to become part of the scam, you must ride the pump promo and be fast enough to get out before the dump.
I called the Siskiyou County Planners Office and asked for info on any proposed Eco tourist/mining to be done by Avalon Perspective/Spectrum Acquisition. The first person said they had not heard of any such plans. The second has not contacted me back. He supposedly deals with the mining issue.Bill Navarre 530-841-2112 if you would like to see if you can find info about Avalon's claim that they will start the tourism in August 2012, as their website claims.

I have heard nothing from the ceo either! Multiple calls into him. Not even an e-mail reply! HHHMMMMM..... I am beginning to wonder.!!?

The mine is an existing mine. I think the permit issue is very different here from an initial start up mine IMO. If the mine has some form of "grandfather" rule, I would think they would be clear with a claim and marking the borders of the claim. Fed laws are wide open for mining. Cali laws are very strict though.

It is hard to track this/these companies in the SOS's they are operating in. I get a bite then it dead ends. I can't wait for the fin's as well.
