The mine is an existing mine. I think the permit issue is very different here from an initial start up mine IMO. If the mine has some form of "grandfather" rule, I would think they would be clear with a claim and marking the borders of the claim. Fed laws are wide open for mining. Cali laws are very strict though.
It is hard to track this/these companies in the SOS's they are operating in. I get a bite then it dead ends. I can't wait for the fin's as well.
