That's great Danti. But can you ask them why you need to sign a ballot paper? All they need is your decision, as far as I know. You shouldn't need to SIGN anything. Sending paper might work for you, but I don't trust it. I wouldn't mind scanning the documents and sending them by e-mail, but ordinary post is too uncertain and too slow. It is the broker that has to create a paper ballot, or receive some kind of master ballot from KCC. But fine, if they are being helpful and it works for you, go for it. I would be wary of transferring my shares at this stage. I asked my local brokers and they said it would take weeks. It might be POSSIBLE in a week, but it could take 2 or perhaps 3 weeks. I don't want to take that risk.

If no ballot is received or a ballot is received after 2/22/12 the vote will not count and the holders will not be entitled to receive any distribution under the plan.

Wow...are they hoping we all just roll over and die....or at the very least say...screw it...not voting...it will pass anyway???? These people are just rotten to the core!!

Edit....well...if there ever was a short position...they will wait until SH's have thrown away their share of shares before the march begins :)
