That's great Danti. But can you ask them why you need to sign a ballot paper? All they need is your decision, as far as I know. You shouldn't need to SIGN anything. Sending paper might work for you, but I don't trust it. I wouldn't mind scanning the documents and sending them by e-mail, but ordinary post is too uncertain and too slow. It is the broker that has to create a paper ballot, or receive some kind of master ballot from KCC. But fine, if they are being helpful and it works for you, go for it. I would be wary of transferring my shares at this stage. I asked my local brokers and they said it would take weeks. It might be POSSIBLE in a week, but it could take 2 or perhaps 3 weeks. I don't want to take that risk.
