And think about all the people who will be SOL because they don't know the importance of sending back the ballots. They're the ones who are not here on a daily basis (for 3 years).
Forgive me if this has been discussed but I haven't seen it. What happens to a person's shares if they do not vote. I know they aren't eligible for NewCo shares.
Does it mean that since there are less people eligible, the ones that did vote will realize a larger number of shares of NewCo because of a reduced amount of Wamuq shares?
