ANOTHER EMAIL FROM CHARLES SCHWAB REGARDING THE VOTING BALLOTS---THIS IS VERY HELPFUL---
DEADLINE IS FEB 9TH, SO THE BROKER HAS TO RECEIVE YOUR BALLOT BY THE 3RD OF FEB IF YOU WANT TO VOTE ; AND FOR THE RELEASE IS 02/22/12 FOR US... 6 DAYS IN BETWEEN THEIR DEADLINE TO KCC...

YUP LOTS OF WORK ALREADY!!
=========================================================

DEAR DANTI:

The fastest way to get the shares over to us is to contact OX and ask them to use the DTC system to deposit the shares to your Schwab account. This should get them to us in less than a week. The shares need to be here for us to accept the completed ballots. As long as the shares are in the account before we receive your ballot and we receive the ballot by February 3, 2012, then we can process them for you.

On 1/17/12 we received instructions specific to this bankruptcy election from the Washington Mutual information agent .

Ballots and related documents for the 7th amended plan are being sent to holders around 1/20/12 via the mailing agent.

Original signed ballots must be returned to Schwab, (Not the agent), for receipt at Schwab by 2/3/12. We must receive originals only. No faxes or emails will be accepted. Send the ballots only to this address.

Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
P.O.Box 64930
Phoenix, AZ 85082-4930

If the ballot is received after 2/3/12 but before 2/22/12, the vote will not count; however the client may still be eligible to receive a distribution under the plan. If no ballot is received or a ballot is received after 2/22/12 the vote will not count and the holders will not be entitled to receive any distribution under the plan.

These are the instructions given to us from the agent Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC. We are not sending the ballots, they are. We are only receiving the completed ballots. Any questions regarding the plan, the mailing or how to complete the ballot must be directed to the agent. They can be reached at a toll free number 1-888-830-4644. These are the responsible agents that you would need to speak with.

If you have additional questions, please feel free to reply to this email. We greatly appreciate your business.
