I'll keep searching for the document. The lawyers would have insisted on it. Just emailed Liquidmetal directly. Requested a copy. I'll call them midweek if I haven't heard back. Once I know what's up I'll let you and all the others (everyone here apparently) what I discover.
I do agree with you though that Apples resources applied with Engels know how are going to turn Liquidmetal into a household name. Apple never settles for anything less.
